A licensed clinical social worker, educator, and executive functioning coach.

For more than a decade, I've supported adolescents, adults, and families across some of the most demanding corners of mental health care: schools, community programs, residential treatment, a New York City hospital psychiatry department, and the psychiatric services unit of a detention center, where I provided crisis intervention and clinical care for people in the hardest moments of their lives. That range taught me two things: well-being is shaped by far more than what happens inside one person's head, and nobody — not the caregiver, the first responder, or the "strong one" in any family — is built to carry it all alone.

Today I provide telehealth therapy for adults in New York, New Mexico, and Connecticut — compassionate, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, executive functioning coaching, and solution-focused work. We tackle the practical and the deep together: emotional regulation, organization, self-awareness, and building a life aligned with your values.

My style is warm, honest, and collaborative — this is a space for real conversation, not perfect answers. When the workday ends, it's me, my little dog Charlie, and whatever trail we can find. Fresh air and time outside are how I practice what I preach about choosing yourself.
